We founded SQA Services in 1995 to provide global managed supplier quality services for quality-critical industries. We send quality, manufacturing, and regulatory experts to over 90 countries.

Our services include supplier quality audits, supplier remediation, quality engineering, source inspection, corrective action management, remote surveillance assessments, and part approval programs.

We use our secure, cloud-based STEPQ technology to manage supplier quality. This gives our clients visibility and control over supplier performance and automates tasks like audits, CAPA, inspections, and engineering. We help clients in regulated manufacturing, including Life Sciences, Consumer, and Aerospace, to manage quality, compliance, performance, and risk throughout their supply chains. We use principles like process control, lean manufacturing, process capability, performance monitoring, and risk management.
