Founded in 2010, we are a business consulting and services company. We provide methods, playbooks, and a software platform for growth strategy, commercialization, strategic innovation, and organization and culture transformation. We offer guidance and solutions for sales, marketing, product development, and innovation.

Our main tools include the Business Model Canvas (introduced between 1999-2009), the Value Proposition Canvas, The Portfolio Map, and The Culture Map. We also offer online learning, masterclasses, and training programs. Our web application, launched in 2012, lets users design and test business models and value propositions. In 2020, we released our Growth Portfolio and a new platform to help apply our methodology and processes at scale.

Our methods are used by individuals, corporate leaders, and companies worldwide. Over 7 million people use our tools; we’ve trained 80,000 practitioners, and our books have sold over 5 million copies. Our frameworks have helped over 200,000 companies and teams in more than 178 countries. The Business Model Canvas is a highly cited business book, according to the Financial Times.
