Stratpharma

We are Stratpharma AG, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Stratpharma, Inc., is based in San Diego, California. We specialize in developing and selling topical medical devices for dermatology, plastic surgery, burns, wound care, and scar management. We also focus on innovative products for topical dermatology beyond immediate scar and late-stage wound healing.

Our seven products address various post-procedure and skin care needs, including solutions for scars, stretch marks, and general wound care. We also have products for post-rejuvenation treatments and oncology supportive care, like StrataXRT and StrataCTX for radiation dermatitis. In 2023, we launched StrataMGT for women’s intimate health in the USA.

We invest in R&D, collaborating with over 20 universities and research institutions by 2017 to develop new topical dermatology products. Our products are sold in over 80 countries worldwide. We launched Strataderm in 2008, followed by Stratamed (2009), Stratamark (2013), StrataXRT (2014), and Stratacel (2016). Our USA subsidiary was established in 2016.

Our mission is to provide medical solutions in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, advanced wound care, women’s health, and oncology supportive care. We do this by partnering with medical institutions and technology developers to combine science and innovation.

We aim to bring our treatments to international markets under a unified global brand, backed by clinical evidence. Our vision is to offer innovative products that directly meet customer needs, becoming known as the best for performance and value.
