Superside Consulting Partners
Superside Consulting Partners is looking for a talented creative with a passion for AI to join our team as a Learning Designer & Facilitator (Creative AI). In this role, you’ll design and deliver accessible, inspiring AI upskilling workshops that help our customers’ creative teams work smarter, faster, and more imaginatively with the latest tools.
Beyond individual sessions, you’ll also help shape the future of Superside’s AI Academy, helping evolve our learning offerings, spotting new opportunities, and helping creative teams stay ahead of what’s next.
What you’ll do
- Partner with customers to understand their upskilling goals and recommend the right workshop topics.
- Create visually engaging materials and proposal decks that make AI concepts accessible and exciting.
- Lead live workshops and coaching sessions that empower creatives to integrate AI into daily workflows.
- Contribute to the development of Superside’s AI Academy: expand the curriculum, test new formats, and refine learning paths.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and trends, bringing fresh energy and insights into every session.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in art direction, design or motion (agency or creative environment preferred) and strong familiarity with teaching, facilitation or public speaking.
- Deep understanding of how AI can elevate creative work, from ideation through production.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Krea (or equivalent); you know their strengths and how to drive strong results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a room online or in person for 90+ minutes.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt pace based on how a group responds.
- Self-driven, highly organized, comfortable working remotely and managing workshop logistics end-to-end.
- Curious, creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-evolving spaces like AI and wants to help others learn.
- Fluency in English.
