What you will do:
- Create and execute manual test cases based on functional specifications
- Build and maintain test plans in Zephyr (JIRA)
- Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA; verify fixes and perform retesting
- Validate user stories against acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams using a Shift-Left approach
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
- Support test automation efforts and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Perform smoke, regression, and production testing
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 3–5 years of QA experience in SaaS or software product companies
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and SDLC
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying Shift-Left testing practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within CI/CD environments
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly detail-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- STQB (Foundation Level) Certified Tester
- Degree in a computing or IT-related field
- Experience with automated testing
- Knowledge of Postman / API testing
