Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to audiobooks, music, and digital content
- Provide friendly, accurate, and professional support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience
- Represent the client’s brand with excellence
Qualifications
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and English (B2–C1)
- Interest in books, authors, audiobooks, or podcasts is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn
