About the Opportunity

In this role, you will serve as a Multimedia Developer, integrating instructional intent with high-fidelity media production. We are seeking a specialist who excels at transforming complex concepts into visually compelling learning experiences through advanced motion graphics, animation, and emerging AI-assisted technologies. This position is ideal for a creative professional who values technical precision and impactful visual storytelling in the e-learning space.

Location: Costa Rica (Remote)

Project Duration: 2 years Contract

Project Capacity: 40 hours/week

Start Date: ASAP

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Essential functions include:

  • Multimedia Production: Produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics that turn standard learning into an immersive experience.
  • eLearning Development: Build and polish interactive modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers to translate scripts into vibrant storyboards and visual concepts.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Utilize Microsoft Co-Pilot, Synthesia, and other AI platforms to assist in content drafting, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all assets are accessible, on-brand, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Iterative Design: Edit and enhance video and animation assets based on stakeholder feedback to ensure the final product shines.
  • Agile Execution: Manage multiple creative streams in a fast-paced environment while meeting all delivery schedules.

What You Bring - Required Skills

  • Authoring Expertise: Proven proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Advanced Media Skills: Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for high-end motion graphics and video editing.
  • AI & Prompt Engineering: Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Co-Pilot and other AI tools via effective prompt-writing to accelerate content creation and problem-solving.
  • Accessibility Knowledge: A solid understanding of how to make digital and multimedia content accessible to all learners.
  • Technical Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques in an ever-evolving tech landscape.
  • Visual Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities and the ability to create engaging, fun, and memorable content.

Bonus Skills

  • Synthesia Mastery: Specific experience using AI video avatars for rapid content development.
  • LXP/LMS Familiarity: Experience in troubleshooting how media assets behave within various learning platforms.
