WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR As a Senior Strategist on our team, you will lead and supportcreativestrategy development toaccomplishclientbusiness objectives. You are a big picture thinker who lovespushing boundaries, illuminating emerging trends and writingprovocative briefs. Youhave theabilitytocraft and defend a persuasive narrativeand arecomfortable asserting a strategic perspective that guides creative and client conversations to new places. The best candidate for this role has a natural curiosity, passion for luxury, lifestyle and spirits brands and is highly attune to nightlife and pop-culturefluent.
You’llreport into the Vice President, Strategy,and partner withbusiness leads (account), creatives, research, experiential design, and other disciplines within Momentum’s network to ensure strategy is properly reflected across all initiatives/touchpoints, and that all efforts drive toward our clients’ business objectives.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Develop & deliver clear, concise and compelling creative strategies to both internal and external teams
- Serve as an excellent leader in aligning strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives
- Provide internal team with understanding of the cultural landscape, consumer behavior, competitive activity and emerging technologies, culture and global trends
- Act as a thoughtful, consultative partner to our clients and internal cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Foster a team environment and play an active role in mentoring team members
- Supporting Momentum’s Values
- All other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- 4+ years of experience: experience, brand, or creative strategy
- Agency experience preferred
- Keen understanding of Luxury & Lifestyle brands
- AlcBev/Spirits Experience a Plus
- Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategic projects across internal teams and client relationships
- Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
