Hybrid – Contract
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months with possibility for extention
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a junior, highly functional profile to support ongoing reporting and dashboarding activities.
This role sits at the intersection of business, reporting, and data analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Power BI.
The new consultant will work closely with 2 other consultants, ensuring continuity of service and supporting day‑to‑day operational and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
- Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings
- Support Power BI dashboards and continuous improvements (with Florent)
- Analyze data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
- Understand data meaning, business logic, and KPIs
- Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs
- Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and ad‑hoc analyses
Qualifications
- Junior Project Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager / Junior Data Analyst
- Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
- Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team
