Job Description
The Role:
Using your extensive network, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of effective and cost-efficient recruitment solutions to ensure that we continue to attract and build a network of talent for current and future opportunities, predominately within our technology teams.
Whilst based from one of our office locations, there will be the opportunity to work from home, however there will be a requirement to travel to all Telefónica Tech offices as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles in a cost-efficient way including the management of high volume / targeted recruitment campaigns;
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers on recruitment needs, hiring plans and demand planning;
- Manage all recruitment content including job adverts, job descriptions and all associated content contained within the careers pages of our intranet and website;
- Experience sourcing and hiring passive candidates through direct recruitment methods;
- Attract candidates through multiple platforms and channels such as LinkedIn and other job boards;
- Work in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams to promote employer brand through various social media channels;
- Promote recruitment bounty scheme to all employees in order to maximise our existing network of talent;
- Managing candidate experience by providing regular touch points from offer to first day;
- Work with recruitment admin team to ensure that all applicants are managed at all stages through the recruitment and selection process and are provided with meaningful feedback to ensure they receive a positive experience;
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies on our PSL;
- Build relationships with schools, colleges and universities to nurture local talent and develop our STEM initiatives;
- Organise and represent Telefónica Tech UK&I at key university milkrounds and other careers events as well as managing all in-house recruitment open days and assessment centres.
- Weekly reporting on key recruitment activities, SLAs and KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing the recruitment lifecycle, gained within a technology/MSP environment either internally or agency side;
- Previous experience of managing high volume targeted recruitment campaigns;
- Competent in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and job boards;
- Experience of reporting on various recruitment KPIs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different channels and build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates;
- Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and work towards a deadline;
- People management experience is desirable;
- Proficient in the use of MS Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Proactive and flexible with a “can do” attitude;
- Team player - understands the importance of teamwork.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn
- Familiar with Applicant tracking system Smart Recruiters (Nice to have)
- Must have experience in recruiting for specialized & niche skills in IT.
