An entrepreneurial culture where you have a real say in how we grow
And yes — FUN. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves
About us
All Your BI is a fast-growing, remote-first company based in Rotterdam.
We believe in:
Amaze clients
Deliver value over perfection
Own it together
Have serious fun
We work in Holacracy, meaning roles come with ownership, not hierarchy. People take initiative, collaborate across circles, and continuously improve how we work.
We are looking for someone who helps us find great people, build a strong talent community, and continuously improve how we hire.
What you’ll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you sit at the intersection of recruitment, employer branding, and community building.
Responsibilities you are looking for:
- Run end-to-end hiring processes
You take ownership of hiring from start to finish and make sure the experience feels smooth, human, and maybe even a bit fun
- Partner with hiring circles
You help define what “good” looks like, guide hiring decisions, and challenge when needed
- Build and nurture a talent community
You stay connected with great people, even when we’re not hiring, and create moments (events, meetups, content) to keep that connection alive
- Bring our employer brand to life
Together with the employer branding role, you translate our story into real candidate experiences — from LinkedIn to interviews to events
- Improve how we hire
You spot bottlenecks, remove friction, and use data to continuously improve quality of hire and time to hire
You will ace this role if you love to:
Connect with people and build relationships
Challenge thinking and improve decisions
Bring structure to something messy
Spot what’s not working and fix it
Combine doing the work with improving how the work is done
Work in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, where quality of hire really matters
Strong business understanding you know what “good” looks like in a role
Confidence to guide and challenge stakeholders
A proactive mindset you go out and find people, not wait for them
A data-driven way of working you use insights to improve hiring
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
Curiosity, ownership, and the energy to make things better
Experience hiring for technical or data-related roles and/or speaking an additional European language is a plus
Our hiring procedure:
1. First conversation (30 min)
You’ll meet with Saskia.
We’ll talk about your experience, how you approach hiring, and how you work with people. This is also a chance for you to get a feel for us.
2. Short case (light and practical)
We’ll ask you to prepare a short case before meeting the team.
Nothing heavy — just something that helps us understand how you think and approach hiring in practice.
3. Team conversation (60 min)
You’ll meet with two team members.
We’ll use your case as a starting point to e xplore how you:
think through hiring challenges
collaborate and challenge
work in a Holacracy environment
4. Final conversations (2 × 30 min )
You’ll meet with two senior members of All Your BI.
Short conversations to get to know each other and explore how you would work with the organisation.
