  • Act as the primary accountable leader in executive governance forums (e.g., GET), presenting strategic options, trade-offs, and recommendations while driving enterprise decision-making and alignment.

  • Operate as a peer to functional Vice Presidents, leading cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and Quality to ensure execution of a unified and optimized development strategy.

  • Maintain accountability for program performance, including milestone achievement, risk profile, timeline integrity, and overall readiness for key development and regulatory inflection points.

  • Lead identification, evaluation, and mitigation of strategic and operational risks, ensuring proactive management and clear escalation of critical issues to executive leadership.

  • Provide strategic financial oversight of the program, including investment planning, scenario modeling, and alignment of resource allocation with development priorities and enterprise objectives.

  • Ensure consistent executive-level visibility into program status, risks, opportunities, and strategic options through structured governance and performance reviews.

  • Influence broader portfolio strategy and lifecycle planning, including evaluation of expansion opportunities and implications for future hematology-oncology pipeline development.

  • Drive a high-performance cross-functional operating model, holding stakeholders accountable for delivering against shared objectives while enabling speed, clarity, and disciplined decision-making.
