Job Description
Role: Program Director
Employment: Fixed term contract for 6-8months
Location: Amsterdam, NL (Hybrid for 3days/week)
Language: Dutch (C1-C2) & English (C2) is mandate
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within hospitality, leisure, or retail industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-euro technology programs with cross-site deployment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications
- PMS, ERP, CRM, POS, Data & Integration platforms (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Excellent command of English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP preferred; Agile delivery experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on enterprise-level coordination.
