Role: CPG PLM Program Manager
Employment: Permanent
Location: Netherlands-Remote
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT Program Management within FMCG/CPG.
- 8+ years leading global PLM implementations.
- Proven experience with one or more of:
- Teamcenter
- Infor PLM
- SAP PLM
- Trace One
- Centric PLM
- Strong knowledge of beverage / food product lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing global multi-country rollouts.
- Deep understanding of:
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Formulation lifecycle
- Packaging & Artwork management
- Regulatory compliance frameworks (EU preferred)
- SAP ERP integration landscape
