TheyDo - Journey Management

We offer an AI-powered Journey Management Platform that unifies customer, employee, and operational data within the context of the customer journey. Our platform turns disconnected insights into experience intelligence, helping organizations prioritize initiatives, act faster, and show business impact. We help enterprises make decisions based on customer journey insights by connecting data across silos.

Our platform’s main functions include journey discovery, solution alignment, and impact tracking. We integrate feedback, support, research, and Voice of Customer (VoC) tools, using AI to structure data by journey and link it to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We designed TheyDo to manage journeys across different teams, products, and geographies within a unified, journey-centric framework.

We operate as a fully remote company, with team members across Europe and North America, spanning 27 countries, 57 cities, and 7 timezones. We offer flexible holiday days, with a minimum of 25 paid days per year, in addition to public holidays and an extra three days during our annual winter shutdown in December.

We provide a learning and development budget to support employee growth. A wellbeing budget is available for activities like meditation, mindfulness, or gym memberships. We also offer paid parental leave, including 6 months for the primary carer and 6 weeks for the secondary carer (both fully paid), along with paid childcare leave.
