We offer competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity through a stock package. Our employees work fully remotely with flexible hours. Health insurance benefits provide support for every employee, no matter their location. We offer flexible holiday days, with a minimum of 25 paid days per year, in addition to public holidays and an extra three days during our annual winter shutdown in December.

We provide a learning and development budget to support employee growth. A wellbeing budget is available for activities like meditation, mindfulness, or gym memberships. We also offer paid parental leave, including 6 months for the primary carer and 6 weeks for the secondary carer (both fully paid), along with paid childcare leave. Employees receive support for their ideal workspace through a home office or co-working budget.

We organize regular in-person events and retreats, with recent locations including Spain, Portugal, and France.
