Founded in 2012, we are a technology and business advisory group specializing in IT services and consulting. We provide objective expertise to help clients reduce costs and deliver technology services. Our approach applies independent, practical thinking to complex business and technology issues at both strategic and tactical levels. We aim to increase profitability, improve operational efficiency, and boost overall business performance by aligning technology with our clients’ goals.

We offer solutions in several key areas. Our cybersecurity services include SIEM, CYBER ARMOR, managed security, and security consulting. For networking, we provide SDWAN, Ethernet, dedicated internet, and cloud connectivity. Our communications services cover SIP trunking, hosted voice, contact centers, premise-based PBX, and unified communications. We also offer IT services such as help desk support, disaster recovery, managed hosting, managed services, and desktop support. Our cloud solutions include cloud platforms, network storage, and as-a-service offerings. Additionally, our consulting services cover cloud consulting, security posture assessments, IT staff augmentation, network assessments, and CIO/CTO as-a-service. We also help with strategic planning, telecommunication networking and expense management, audits of existing telecom lines, supplier consolidation, contract negotiations, business continuity, and insource versus outsource analysis.

We manage multi-site technology projects for dental, medical, and professional practices. Our work includes client onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, software and server migrations, and carrier service changes. We were listed on the 2024 Inc. 5000 and recognized by The Silicon Review as one of the “50 Fastest Growing Companies of the Year 2023.” Our headquarters are in West Chester, PA, with additional offices in New Jersey, Ohio, and Massachusetts.

We have a team of 51 to 200 employees. Our leadership includes a Founder & CEO, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Director of Carrier and Account Services, Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Premier Services, Vice President of Information Technology, and President. Our work environment encourages remote collaboration, individual ownership, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). We value a strong client focus, good organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to service. We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options for those near West Chester, PA, and fully remote options for others. However, some roles may require extensive travel (up to 75%) or specific time zone adherence (EST, MST, or PST).

We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, covering employee premiums at 80-100%. Employees also receive paid time off in addition to public holidays.
