As a Lead Product Manager, you will shape the vision and roadmap for our Commerce products. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and “sleeves-up” execution. You will lead multiple initiatives in parallel, influencing at the leadership level while working in the trenches with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to ship a world-class experience.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hands-on Craft: Write high-quality PRDs, map intricate product flows, and use tools like Figma or Miro to create low-fidelity prototypes.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the voice of the customer and the primary bridge between the Executive team and cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data, Risk).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Track Record
- 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a lead-level role.
- Domain Expertise: Proven success in FinTech, B2B Marketplaces, or eCommerce.
- 0 to 1 Growth: A track record of launching products from scratch and scaling them to achieve product-market fit.
