About the Role
TotalSoft is one of the regional leaders in ERP solutions, with over 30 years of experience. We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate ERP projects for clients in the pharmaceutical distribution sector, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and at high quality standards.
Responsibilities
End-to-end project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards;
Project planning and control – defining scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources, as well as continuously monitoring progress;
Coordinating teams and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact between the client, internal teams, and other involved parties;
Risk and change management, including risk identification, issue management, and control of change requests.
Requirements
Completed higher education;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management (IT/ERP experience is an advantage);
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Knowledge of ERP systems and distribution/pharma business processes is an advantage;
Advanced level of English.
