About the Role
TotalSoft is one of the leading providers of ERP and business software solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 30 years of experience and clients in more than 30 countries. Our main product, Charisma ERP, helps organizations digitize and optimize their business processes.
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Pharmaceutical Distribution Software Division to lead one of TotalSoft’s most strategic business divisions. This role involves coordinating the commercial and operational strategy for these verticals, driving continuous improvement, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement the business strategy for the Pharma vertical, manage the division’s financial performance, and ensure the delivery of top-quality solutions and services to clients.
This is a strategic role that requires strong business acumen, customer orientation, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the operational strategy for the Pharma vertical;
- Manage the division’s financial performance (P&L) and ensure profitability;
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners;
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Develop and mentor division team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results focus.
Requirements
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Pharma industry;
- Proven experience managing P&L, business development, and implementing complex projects;
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions and/or digital transformation processes;
- Solid communication, and negotiation skills;
- Experience in managing teams, strong people management skills;
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities;
- Fluent English (advanced level).
