Job Responsibilities
Design and optimize the company’s operating model, including org structure, processes, and cross-team alignment.
Lead PMO, program management, and transformation initiatives to ensure execution, delivery, and operational excellence.
Build and drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational systems.
Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into execution and systematize business growth across global teams.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in tech-enabled, fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, scale-ups).
• The ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and drive accountability.
