Job Responsibilities
At Trafilea, photo editing is not post-production—it’s performance.
You’ll operate inside a system producing high-volume imagery across global campaigns, product launches, and digital channels, where speed, precision, and consistency directly impact results.
This is where visual quality meets scale, AI, and execution excellence.
Retouch and refine high volumes of images with speed and precision
Ensure color accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across large batches
Perform advanced compositing, masking, and texture correction
Select high-performing images aligned with brand and campaign goals
Use AI tools to accelerate editing, masking, background replacement, and automation
Deliver production-ready assets for web, email, social, and campaigns
Collaborate with design, marketing, and creative teams
Continuously improve workflows through AI and automation
Requirements
4+ years of experience in photo retouching (fashion, beauty, or product)
Strong expertise in compositing, color correction, and advanced masking
High proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and related tools
Experience working with high-volume production workflows
Comfortable using AI tools for retouching, automation, and image generation
Strong eye for detail, texture, lighting, and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Fluent in English
