This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York City Office.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated coordinator who will build front end landing pages, tracking and trafficking deliverables and managing timelines across business units, including but not limited to Partnerships/Sales; Marketing; Content; Product; Design for Lonely Planet’s evolving website.
This role is ideal for someone who is familiar and comfortable working in content management systems and digital media environments. You’ll work on a cross-functional team and have a direct hand in creating front-end experiences to serve users, internal stakeholders and paid partners.
This is a role for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys rolling their sleeves up to learn and execute in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for creating landing pages to support multiple intersecting business-critical priorities, creating transparency across departments, ensuring quality through QA and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage Lonely Planet’s website landing pages
- Work closely with sales and product to deliver pages to meet timelines, or flag when a deadline is at risk
- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate and execute against requirements
- Identify and communicate dependencies for new and existing landing pages, homepage promotion, and other onsite promotion components
- Adhere to timelines and deliver on deadlines
- Create “mockup” pages for client approval
- Work closely with content and photo editors
- Conduct QA for formatting to ensure content is packaged correctly for the landing page
- Troubleshoot any performance issues and work closely with editorial, product, and engineering teams to resolve them
- Maintain content standards, workflows, and best practices across digital platforms
- Partner with product team to stay updated on website releases, new deployments and CMS functionality
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working in a digital media environment with an emphasis on delivering against predictable business deadlines
- Deep familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and experience using digital asset management systems (DAM); ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary digital tools
- Strong understanding of sales and partnerships and custom digital content
- Strong understanding of digital publishing workflows and content QA processes
- Proficiency in digital content workflow tools such as Asana and/or AirTable
- Comfort working with structured content, metadata, and image management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, meticulous about processes
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and work accurately and quickly to meet deadlines
- Adaptability to evolving internal systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
- Interest in travel, digital media, and digital products is a strong plus
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience using Contentful CMS
- Familiarity with travel, lifestyle, or editorial content brands
Compensation:
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $30 – $40 per hour
