About the Role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional, you lead monthly financial closing processes under IFRS and US GAAP, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. You coordinate internal teams and external auditors during annual audits and drive key financial KPIs. By improving reporting systems and automating processes, you enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordination of monthly financial closing process and preparation of monthly IFRS financials and US GAAP financial statements
- Coordination and preparation of financial analysis
- Coordination of annual audit with various internal groups and external auditors
- Carrying out the maintenance of the accounts of the companies periodically and to check the entries in order to ensure accuracy
- Developing and regular monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs
- Drive improvements to the financial systems to leverage value creation
- Leading the development, modification, and documentation of financial reporting procedures.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
- Big4 or experience in financial reporting & control at least 2 years,
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting fundamentals, financial control, budget and reporting,
- Strong financial modelling, MS Excel skills and ability to build and comprehend complex models when required,
- Ability to think strategically; go beyond the numbers and to think logically about underlying business drivers and issues,
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, meet strict deadlines and to be able to prioritise to meet those deadlines,
- Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
- A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision,
- Excellent communication and solid leadership skills,
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented professional with a strong ability to analyze financial data and deliver results efficiently
