We’re a Chicago-based digital consultancy, founded in 2002. We design and build data products and custom software for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. Our services cover strategy, design, and software engineering, helping clients modernize systems and develop custom applications.

We are a 100% employee-owned ESOP company, so all employees have beneficial ownership. We operate remotely with teams distributed globally.
Our team consists of about 75 consultants in strategy, design, delivery, and engineering, with members averaging 17 years of experience. We have a supportive culture that values collaboration, diverse perspectives, and work-life balance, including a sustainable 35-hour work week.
