We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in .NET ecosystem to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications. This role involves hands on development, implementation, troubleshooting and focus on architecture & design, planning and AI-powered workflows.
What You’ll Do
- 5+ years of professional experience building web applications using C# or VB.NET, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with jQuery, WebForms, or similar server-rendered architectures.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments (EC2, S3, SES, etc.).
- Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL.
- Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., MCP, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
- Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) in traditional web environments.
Engineering Practices
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment.
- Committed to delivering high-quality code with low defect rates.
- Self-driven, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across teams.
- Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).
AI & Modern Development
- Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP, RAG, etc.
