About the Role
We are seeking a UniFi Pre-Sales Solution Engineer based in Indonesia to collaborate with enterprise clients, MSPs, and system integrators. Youโll design reliable, high-performance UniFi deployments across sectors like education, hospitality, and government.
As Ubiquitiโs lead pre-sales engineer in Indonesia, youโll be central to expanding market presence, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering product presentations across the region.
Attraction & Fulfillment of the Position
Spearhead UniFiโs technical growth in Indonesia.
Work closely with sales leadership to guide market expansion and partner strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop system designs, proposals, and configurations.
Conduct technical demos, webinars, and partner workshops.
Strengthen brand awareness and product accessibility with distributors.
Gather and report market insights.
Desired Skills & Experience
Enterprise Networking
- Strong background in MC-LAG, Stacking, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN.
ProAV Networking
- Knowledge of AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast/IGMP.
VoIP
- Experience with SIP and PBX systems.
NAS / Storage
- Familiar with NAS, RAID, and UniFi Drive or similar solutions.
Physical Security
- Understanding of UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP surveillance, and Access Control solutions.
General
Degree in IT, Networking, or related field.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Pre-sales or enterprise IT background.
Comfortable using GPT tools for documentation.
