What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer calls and messages
Schedule plumbing jobs accurately and fast
Collect customer details and service needs
Update tickets in CRM and internal tools
Communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams
Resolve issues calmly and professionally
Must-Haves
5+ years customer service experience
Fluent English, spoken and written
Strong, stable work history
Tech-savvy with CRMs and online tools
Clear communicator on calls and chat
Nice to Have
Plumbing or home services experience
Real estate or property management exposure
