Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

VCA Implementation Services (VIS) extends Visa’s consulting capabilities by turning strategic recommendations into actionable solutions. We help clients implement these recommendations effectively, enabling them to scale their competitive advantage and thrive in the digital age

As a Go‑To‑Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our solutions reach and empower clients across Europe. Working closely with the Go‑To‑Market Lead, you will help craft and execute strategies for VIS’s core service lines — Portfolio Optimisation, Digital Enablement, Risk Management, and Commercial Money Movement Solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence cross‑functional decision‑making, contribute to the design of go‑to‑market strategies, and see your work translate into real client impact. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to drive the commercial success of Visa’s value‑added services, support our expansion into new markets, and strengthen Visa’s position as a leader in digital payments.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Partner with the Go‑To‑Market Lead to develop and implement GTM strategies for VIS products and services.
  • Collaborate with VIS project leads and consultants to harvest engagement insights and lessons learned and translate these into structured solutions, use cases, and sales‑ready assets.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches and market expansion.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new value propositions, including solution profiles, competitive insights, and sales collateral.
  • Track and report on GTM performance, using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare clear and engaging presentations, demos, and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge hubs and repositories, ensuring information is current and aligned with global standards.
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across VIS projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Support planning and execution of events, training sessions, and sales enablement activities.
  • Act as a central point of contact for day‑to‑day operational and GTM‑related queries.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across VCA, Product, Sales, and Marketing.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
