Job Description

The Application and Platform Services team in CEMEA is responsible for bringing the most cutting-edge digital products and solutions such as Click to Pay, Network Tokenization, payments digitization solution, Payment Passkeys, Data Tokens, and more. These innovative solutions will shape the future of digital payments over the next 5-10 years globally, including in the CEMEA region.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ecommerce, banking apps, and digital banking solutions and be able to quickly comprehend clients’ current digital capabilities and priorities.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Commercialization Senior Manager to join our team and lead the commercialization of our new Digital payments solution in NALP. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving go-to-market roadmap, leading client discussions and overseeing the implementation of the product for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, BD, and Product to deliver innovative and secure solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

The role will be responsible for identifying the collaborating with clients to integrate our products into the clients’ existing applications, workflows, and processes. Additionally, they will lead and manage the entire solution process for the implementation of these products.

The candidate will lead the following areas

GTM execution and product scaling:

  • Define and drive NALP Β GTM strategy for the solution
  • Build and manage the client pipeline, identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Lead client discussions, work with clients on prioritization of the solution, lead commercial discussions and close product deals
  • Oversee contract signing

Implementation and post-implementation:

  • Plan product implementation with internal engineering teams and client stakeholders
  • Coordinate the implementation process from planning to completion
  • Report on the progress of implementation, roadblocks and risks
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement

Overall regional product leadership:

  • Manage tracking of progress and reporting to regional stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication in NALP region
  • Prepare forecasts and market analysis to help set targets for the region.
  • Adjust slides and collaterals to the regional context, maintain and keep up to date all sales collaterals

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Possess an Engineering or Computer Science degree.

10+ years of experience in solution design in retail banking, payments technology, mobile wallets, or eCommerce industries.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of authentication technologies, standards, and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.

Experience in technical solution delivery for banks, ecommerce sites, and/or fintechs.

Ability to integrate business and commercialization aspects with technical skills.

Skilled in translating client needs into product requirements and adapting existing products to meet market needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with APIs, SDK integration, mobile/web application development, ecommerce platforms is a big plus.

MS PowerPoint and presentation skills a big plus.
