We provide marketing services that connect new movers with local businesses. We offer direct mail, including our Welcome Wagon Gift Book and postcard programs, as well as digital marketing solutions. These services help local businesses gain new customers, build brand awareness, and engage with new homeowners and renters in their area. We reach over 1 million consumers each month. New movers spend more in their first six months than most consumers do in three years, and 80% use coupons. They are also five times more likely to become loyal customers if a business reaches them first. Welcome Wagon was founded in 1928 by Thomas Briggs. Originally, friendly “hostesses” personally delivered gift baskets from local businesses to new homeowners. In 1998, we shifted to mailing customized Gift Books to new homeowners, and today we connect with them through both mail and online channels.

We offer employees flexible hours and the ability to manage their own schedules. For roles like Community Marketing Executive, work is remote and structured as an independent contractor position. Employees earn commission on all sales and renewal contracts, which can provide residual income. We also provide orientation on our product line and sales practices, along with guidance and coaching from experienced sales leaders.
