What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Product Growth Lead to take full ownership of our conversion funnels—from the moment a user clicks an ad to when they hit “subscribe.” This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results. You’ll lead a team of Product Growth Managers, optimize the web onboarding journey, and craft compelling, personalized experiences that motivate users to take action.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel—from post-click to payment screen
Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, creatives, and value propositions that boost motivation and clarity
Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points
Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments (e.g., fitness level, lifestyle, weight goals)
Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data
Collaborate closely with Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product to ensure consistent user experience across touchpoints
Mentor and lead a team of 4 Product Growth Managers, helping them scale successful experiments and grow professionally
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments
Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates
Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segments
Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach
Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution
Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor—comfortable with both storytelling and spreadsheets
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience leading and developing teams is a plus
