Activy - Corporate Sports Games

We provide a mobile application for corporate sports challenges and workplace well-being. Our app offers sports challenges that encourage physical activity, step counting, and teamwork through gamification and charitable goals. Employees earn points through activities, healthy routines, and daily step goals. They can also use the app to track cycling to work to reduce carbon footprints or support charity.

Over 400 companies across Europe use our platform, reaching more than 300,000 employees in 5 years. 71% of participants reported better team integration, 72.2% increased daily activity, and 94% are willing to join future challenges. Companies using Activy have seen reduced turnover, increased engagement, and a 33% drop in participant sick days.

We also developed ‘Mindy’, an app for mental well-being that offers mindfulness, focus exercises, sleep support, and psychoeducation. We operate in the Wellness and Fitness Services industry, specializing in corporate wellness, CSR, employer branding, HR, mobile app development, and mental health solutions. We use automation and AI to streamline operations, supported by our Customer Care Team.

We have an international team of 11-50 employees who are diverse, open-minded, and share a passion for health and sports, covering various fitness levels and interests. Our work environment is relaxed and open. We start the day with joint sports activities or meditation.

Since 2022, we’ve had a 4-day workweek, giving employees Fridays to pursue passions and spend time with loved ones. We operate as a supportive startup with a small, international team, using English in most internal meetings. Our culture emphasizes independence, initiative, and proactive process improvement.

We offer hybrid work options, including fully remote cooperation. Employees have flexible working hours, typically ⁸⁄₉ AM to ⁴⁄₅ PM. We provide 26 days of paid leave, an additional Personal Day, a 5-day Christmas break, and fully paid sick leave. Our remuneration is competitive.
