What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and take ownership of key design initiatives for the fastest-scaling apps in Welltech’s fitness portfolio — helping people build healthier daily habits through joyful, achievable everyday movement.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning major surfaces and workflows from discovery through to execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape intuitive, habit-forming product experiences that are emotionally resonant and data-informed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong executional range, cares deeply about user insight, and is energized by building joyful mobile experiences at scale.

This position is fully remote within our hubs in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine. We also welcome applicants from outside these locations who are open to relocating to one of them.

Key responsibilities

Shape the core user experience by introducing personalized and joyful product design, user journeys, and features that feel thoughtful, seamless, and human.
Create prototypes and motion-rich interactions that tell compelling product stories and bring ideas to life.
Drive design experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven insights, using empathy to guide product direction.
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, data analysts, and engineers to explore and solve real user problems, not just ship features.
Design with a systems mindset, contributing to and evolving our shared design system for consistency across platforms (iOS and Android).
Advocate for the user, helping the team make trade-offs that prioritize long-term trust and engagement.
Bring a strong design perspective to feedback and team rituals, actively engaging to elevate quality and strengthen design culture.

Required skills:

Craft and care: exceptional design craft, with a sharp eye for visual polish and interaction nuance.
Fluency in Figma: skilled in prototyping, component systems, auto-layout, and variables.
Hands-on mobile design: proven expertise in building experiences that captivate users and drive retention metrics (iOS and Android).
Persuasive storytelling: able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
Strategic thinking: balances broad vision with a focus on what drives business outcomes.
Intellectual curiosity: proactively asks questions, seeks feedback, and explores alternatives to improve outcomes.
Bias for action: operates with autonomy; able to prioritize, make decisions, and drive work forward in the face of ambiguity.
Team-first mentality: brings clarity, energy, and humility to cross-functional teamwork with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
User-centered mindset: strong foundation in user research methods (interviews, usability testing, etc.), and the ability to turn insights into action.

Nice to have

Experience working on health, wellness, fitness, or behavior change products.
Familiarity with behavioral design principles (e.g., Fogg Behavior Model, Hook Model) to create habit-forming, science-backed experiences.
Experience mentoring junior designers or elevating team craft informally.
