We’re now looking for a senior designer (freelance) to join our team for the long run. Someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong product design skills, and the ability to turn complexity into simple, intuitive experiences. If that’s you, keep reading.

Requirements

About the role

You’ll take the lead on projects ranging from creative websites to complex web applications. That means:

  • Creating concepts, user journeys, and prototypes

  • Designing interfaces that are both beautiful and usable

  • Collaborating closely with clients, users, and our team of designers and developers

  • Bringing in your strengths in branding, motion, or visual craft to push projects further

  • Advocating for design quality across the company and lifting others with your knowledge

This role is for someone who can own the design process from A to Z and loves doing it.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a senior designer (agency or product side)

  • Strong visual design skills paired with product design expertise

  • Confidence in Figma (our main tool)

  • Understanding of web technologies and how design meets development

  • Excellent communication in English (spoken & written)

  • Bonus if you bring skills in branding, motion, or interaction design
