About the opportunity
Join our Finance Vertical as Order to Cash Administrator in Australia to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.
Reporting into Order to Cash Assistant Manager, you will help us managesales ledger and managing the end-to-end revenue cycle from processing customer orders and ensuring accurate subscription billing to overseeing collections and supporting revenue recognition. You act as a bridge between finance, sales, and customer success teams, helping to streamline operations, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless billing experience that supports scalable growth.
Some of the other responsibilities include :
- Managing the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, including sales ledger and credit control
- Running the weekly credit control process and managing escalated queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out day-to-day finance processing to a consistently high standard
- Owning month-end bank reconciliation for all Order to Cash postings
- Handling contract maintenance and customer invoicing
- Processing bank payments accurately and on time
- Delivering month-end debt and ECL reporting, including credit risk analysis
- Managing the finance mailbox and triaging queries with speed and professionalism
This role is fully remote and a 6 month maternity cover.
Qualifications
What would make me a good candidate?
We’re looking for someone who balances an eye for detail with a genuine care for people someone who approaches collections with empathy and professionalism, stays curious when the numbers don’t quite add up, and remains calm and focused when month-end deadlines are in full swing. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, empathetic, and motivated by work that genuinely matters. We value people who are comfortable with ambiguity, think both tactically and strategically, and put people first in everything they do.
Required qualifications for this role:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance role, or similar role
- Proven B2B credit control experience, managing key accounts
- Experience with accounting knowledge within sales ledger and book keeping
- A customer-first mindset with a risk-based approach to overdue accounts
- Proven excel skills to a good standard
- Experience with or interest in process improvement and systems development
- Experience with Stripe (not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with tactful telephone manner
- A self-driven approach to problem-solving and resolution
