Zone & Co was founded in 2013 to provide a NetSuite-native financial operations platform to help finance teams with back-office tasks. Our platform integrates with ERP software, giving companies better visibility and control over their operations. We are headquartered in Boston, MA, and have offices in Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.
The Zone Platform offers several solutions: ZoneBilling for automating complex billing and revenue recognition; ZonePayments for integrating Stripe and automating payment collection; ZoneCapture for automating AP workflows, including invoice capture with OCR and GenAI; and ZoneApprovals for simplifying approval processes. We also offer ZoneReconcile for automating cash reconciliation across banks, credit cards, and payment service providers; ZonePayroll for global payroll (Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada); and Zone Employee Portal for employee self-service features. For reporting and analytics, we provide ZoneReporting (Power BI integration), Zone Data Warehouse (for NetSuite data models), Tactical Connect (for raw data extraction), and Solution 7 (for direct NetSuite data access in Excel).
We serve finance teams at over 4,500 organizations globally, operating in 57 countries and supporting over 90 currencies. We process over $160 billion in billing, reconcile more than 98 million transactions, and process over 20 million invoices.
