Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who blends creative design expertise, brand consistency, and digital growth with strong project management and partnership marketing skills. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can produce high-quality creative assets, manage marketing initiatives, support partnerships, and uphold brand excellence across a growing franchise network in the beauty and wellness industry.
Youβll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and a cross-functional team of seven to drive campaigns, support franchisees, and manage creative projects that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost retention.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain brand standards across corporate and franchisee-facing channels and develop digital marketing programs.
Support content development across website, social, email, and print.
Build and send segmented email campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Coordinate paid and organic social media support using Hootsuite or similar.
Partnership support with other companies.
Track and report marketing performance (GA4, CRM, and social insights).
Manage partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and creative assets.
Oversee franchisee-facing portals and marketing toolkits.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables using project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar tools).
3β5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design (agency or beauty/wellness experience preferred).
Strong creative design skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
Familiarity with website management (WordPress or similar CMS); basic on-page SEO.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, social insights).
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and vendors.
Experience with social media scheduling and management (Hootsuite or similar).
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
