Zipdev is looking for a Product & Supply Chain Project Manager to join our client, Hologenix, based in Pacific Palisades, CA. Our client is a materials science company that produces innovative, responsive textile products that energize all aspects of life. This is a full-time position offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The selected candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Responsible for inputting, delegating, and tracking hundreds of projects through Monday.com. Ensure all follow-up and deadlines are met by the team.
Support CPO: Support with prioritization and delegation of tasks throughout the team.
Data Management: Maintain critical data for entire Supply Chain team, like prices, specs, etc.. This will include updating Monday.com, SharPoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire client’s team to ensure alignment and communication.
Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.
5+ years of experience in Project Management. Preferably within the textile industry.
Extremely organized and can keep entire teams on task
3+ years of experience in logistics, and operations roles. Preferably within the textile industry.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
Experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
Can work autonomously and make decisions to support the team without being told what to do.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
Excellent communicator, and highly organized.
Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
Currently living in Latin America.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
