The Team & Role
At Zuora, we power the Subscription Economy — helping leading companies deliver exceptional customer experiences and recurring revenue growth. As a Solution Architect, you’ll be at the center of that mission — designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions that transform how our customers do business.
You’ll partner closely with clients, Solution Delivery Managers, and Technical Consultants to craft innovative, scalable solutions that align technology with real business goals. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, building trusted relationships, and driving results.
What you’ll do
- Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs.
- Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility.
- Design and document robust end-to-end solutions — including workflows, integrations, and system customizations — and guide clients to approval.
- Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Develop and deliver engaging end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing technical and functional guidance.

Your experience
- 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience, ideally within a SaaS or professional services organization.
- 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.).
- Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration.
- Deep understanding of SDLC — from workshops and design through build, test, and deployment.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and flexibility.
