Why you?

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, an Account Development Representative (ADR) is primarily responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients to drive sales growth through outbound prospecting. Additionally, a critical part of the role is to maintain the quality Salesforce accounts and contacts to enable one to many campaigns.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Outbound Prospecting: ADRs actively seek out and contact potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media.

  • Lead Qualification: They assess the interest and suitability of leads, determining if they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.

  • Relationship Building and Nurturing:

  • Initial Contact: ADRs establish initial contact with potential clients and initiate conversations to gauge their needs and interests.

  • Relationship Development: They nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients to move them closer to purchase.

  • Sales Support:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Qualify inbound leads and leads from other channels, such as events.

  • Appointment Setting: ADRs often set up qualified meetings.

  • Campaign Enablement / Data Management:

  • Research and Identification: ADRs research target markets and identify high-potential accounts to focus their efforts on.

  • 1:M Campaign Enablement: ADRs maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com for both targeted accounts (ICP fit) and targeted contacts (ideal personas).

  • Strong adherence to process and workflows within Hubspot and Salesforce.

What we need from you:

  • Communication:

  • Verbal and Written: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage prospects effectively.

  • Active Listening: Paying attention to client needs and concerns.

  • Persuasion: Ability to influence prospects and close deals.

  • Sales Skills:

  • Lead Qualification: Identifying and assessing potential clients.

  • Objection Handling: Addressing client concerns and overcoming resistance.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

  • Relationship Building: Establishing strong, trusting relationships with clients.

  • Empathy: Understanding and responding to client needs and perspectives.

  • Adaptability: Adjusting to different client personalities and situations.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Hubspot engagement, and ZoomInfo tools.

  • Social Media: Utilizing social media for lead generation and engagement, especially as it pertains to ZoomInfo.

  • Product and Customer Skills:

  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the company’s products and services.

  • Customer Profile Identification: Understanding of ideal customer profile (ICP) and ideal personas
