About the Team & How We Work:

As an Account Executive at Miter, you’ll be at the frontline of our go-to-market engine—absorbing inbound and partner leads, building relationships with channel partners, and creating outbound opportunities from scratch. You’ll shape and run a repeatable sales process, manage full-cycle deals with mid-market subcontractors, and expand our reach across the industry.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team with a win-as-a-team mentality, supporting each other, celebrating wins together, and staying relentlessly focused on delivering value to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.)

  • Drive sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market speciality subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500+ employees)

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires

  • Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners

  • Attend industry conferences and represent Miter within relevant industry associations

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of closing experience, with a proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota selling complex products

  • Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders

  • Experience in selling into construction or mid-market specialty contractors is a plus

  • Demonstrated outbound sales experience. You’re comfortable building pipeline from scratch and creating your own momentum

  • Experience managing partner relationships and co-selling alongside channel or technology partners
