Position Overview

As an Account Executive at Pibit, Youโ€™ll be an early member of the sales team, working

closely with the founder and responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered underwriting

solutions to key decision-makers in the US market. Youโ€™ll play a crucial role in identifying

new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals

that fuel our companyโ€™s growth. This is a high-impact role where your sales expertise and

enthusiasm for innovation will directly shape the future of AI in underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

โ— Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the

US underwriting sectors.

โ— Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified

prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Pibitโ€™s AI solutions can

address them.

โ— Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales

process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.

โ— Deal Maturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and

influencers within client organizations.

โ— Deal Velocity: Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus on increasing the

deal velocity.

โ— Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer

success, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide

feedback for product improvements.

โ— Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting,

and insurance to position Pibit as a market leader.

โ— Travel and event participation: Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and

client meetings across the US.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Proven sales experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, or the insurance

industry.

Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets,

with a passion for closing deals.

Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to

influence decision-makers.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of Pibitโ€™s

solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in

a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Willingness to travel: Willing and able to travel across the US to meet with clients

and attend industry events.
