🤩 What you will do
As an Account Executive at nuvo, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing the full sales cycle, analyzing market trends, and devising winning strategies to secure new business and expand our market reach.
This role comes with enormous growth potential - connecting with the product departments of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the world and enabling them to accept customer data easily! Closely collaborate with our Solutions Architect to create a seamless customer journey while heavily expanding your technical knowledge around our product offering.

Your responsibilities will be distributed across the following areas:
50% Closing
Manage the full sales cycle for small- and medium-sized accounts: Qualify leads, run product demos, create proposals, and close new customers
Create performance reports with the most important KPIs for your accounts and communicate them across the Growth Team
Create commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients
30% Networking and Expertise Building
Expand your business network in C-Level, Product, and Tech
Identify potential prospects in the market and get in touch
20% Sales Strategy
Derive options for action and develop new strategies for lead generation, increasing conversion, customer loyalty and product optimization together with our Marketing Team and our Head of Growth
Shape our user journey to increase conversion in collaboration with our Solutions Architect
Analyze existing deals and create strategies to increase our deal sizes
🎉 What success looks like in this role
3 months: You are an expert on our product and successfully guide our users through professional demos. You close your first client and are fully familiarized with our CRM.
6 months: You own a full cycle sales motion from sourcing leads, running demos to converting prospects to clients and establishing your customer base.
Requirements
🔎 What are we looking for?
Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in an early-stage startup
Experience with full-cycle Sales, winning small and medium-sized clients
A team player with a balance between people and task focus. Strong communication skills, manifested in a well-chosen articulation in English. If you’re also fluent in German, that is a big plus but not a must
You feel comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and bring the necessary resilience and adaptability
Relentless drive and a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality to help scale our business
A mission-driven person who is excited to share and strengthen our values inside the organization
It’s a big plus if you’re based in Hamburg or Berlin or are willing to relocate; however a remote setup within Germany is also possible
