Founded in 2022, we develop software, providing AI-powered automation solutions for customer data import workflows. We help businesses organize, validate, and clean data from various sources such as Excel, CSV, XML, and PDF. Our solutions process customer data, converting it into desired formats quickly and securely.

Leading SaaS providers like HiBob, ClimatePartner, and Prewave use our automation solutions. This saves them up to 90% on data import time, letting their teams focus on growth. We maintain ISO 27001 certification and adhere to industry security standards.

Our founders, Ben and Michael, first started ComDocks, an FMCG marketplace. We pivoted to Ingestro after identifying data onboarding challenges in the quick commerce industry. In December 2023, we secured a 3 million seed round from venture capital firms like General Catalyst / La Famiglia, Foodlabs, HEARTFELT_, and business angels.

We currently serve over 100 clients, from small startups to established enterprise players.

Our team has over 25 individuals based in Hamburg, Berlin, Chiang Mai, and remotely across Germany. We are culturally diverse, with members from various countries including Germany, the US, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Thailand.

The hiring process begins with an application, followed by a 30-minute call with the People & Culture team, another 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and a practical case study or peer-coding session. The final stage includes a discussion with the co-founders before a job offer is extended.
