Role Overview

The position of Account Executive is a critical role within our sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting our software solutions to meet those needs effectively. Your ability to close deals and drive revenue will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather insights regarding industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Present our software solutions through demonstrations and tailored pitches that resonate with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and solution implementation.
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics against goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and industry best practices.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking sales activities (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the SaaS or tech industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with selling software solutions to diverse industries.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and strategies.
  • A background in account management may be advantageous.
