The Recruitment Lead will work closely with the Sales and Client Success Team, to execute recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, while also contributing to the development of our employer brand and talent acquisition programs.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire top talent within multiple industries.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of their hiring needs and priorities
Handle multiple accounts/roles at a time
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Proven ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates at all levels
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools (Workable experience is a plus)
