We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage the post-sale client services cycle - responsible for coordinating and managing campaign kick-off calls, campaign implementation, and reporting
Working closely with the campaign management team to activate, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns to ensure client satisfaction
Analyze campaign data and extract meaningful insights to benefit client relationships further
Offer exceptional client services and recommendations that will build lasting partnerships and support future campaigns together
Provide expertise and education around in-game advertising to communicate best practices around opportunities that are available within gaming
Collaborate with the Anzu Account Executives to support the development of account growth plans and recommendations to meet the KPIs of clients
2+ years of experience in account management, sales planning, or media strategy at a digital media publisher, advertising technology company, or media agency
Knowledge of the programmatic landscape, specifically with DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk
Exceptional client services skills, comfortable interacting with and presenting to clients
Highly independent and motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong team player with a growth mindset
Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person
Media agency experience is a plus
Salary range is between $80,000-$120,000 base
