Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within our Enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted partner
  • Be a voice for the customer within Botify, driving a customer-centric approach to all engagements Botify has with the customer
  • Know your client organisations inside and out - key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, strategic initiatives
  • Work closely on a team with our Program Managers and SEO Strategy Managers to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
  • Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
  • Close product expansions, upsells, and cross-sells to grow your book of business and help deliver best-in-class net revenue growth
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, owning a value-based commercial narrative and business outcome
