Summary
RecWorks is expanding its team of Account Managers. The successful candidate will negotiate deals, hunt for new opportunities, research companies, review applications, approach potential clients and candidates, manage relationships, and help finalize salaries and benefits packages. They should be confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and able to embody RecWorks' core values. Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is required, as well as the ability to build successful relationships and develop new business.
Requirements
- Experience working in a sales (B2B), customer service or Account Management role
- Proven and demonstrable ability of building successful relationships and developing new business
- Excellent team-working skills
- Experience of exceeding personal and/ or team targets
- A high-level of resilience, self-awareness and tenacity
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Degree educated (2:2 or above)
