Responsibilities
- Process payables and revenue gathering with oversight of taxes and regulations
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts and government remittances
- Main resource for all day-to-day financial operations involving internal employees, including expense reports, credit card management and benefits record keeping
- Assist in analytical review and investigation of monthly financial performance of Company
- Update of key reports and monitoring of treasury
- Participate in budgeting process with other departments
- Establish new guidelines and processes, with help in drafting and communicating to Company
- Finance point of contact for all departments

Qualification/Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience and understanding of accounting processes
- Familiarity with SME accounting software like Xero, QBO or Sage
- Good knowledge of financial reporting
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite (with emphasis on Excel skills)
- Good communication skills in French & English
- Knowledge in data manipulation (SQL, PowerBI) is an asset
